Be safe and prepared for your travel this summer
Are you traveling this summer? Pack a little piece of mind by preparing a travel health bag! Bringing the

• Anti-nausea medicine to prevent motion sickness, such as dimenhydrinate
• Anti-diarrheal, such as loperamide
• Antibiotic cream or ointment to prevent infection from minor cuts
• Anti-itch cream to sooth sunburn or bug bites
• Adhesive bandages
• Sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher
• Insect repellant
• Hand sanitizer
For more information about travelling with medications, adjusting your medications for time zone changes, and medication precautions in extreme climates or altitudes, please talk to your Carmi Remedy’s Rx pharmacist.
